I spent two decades as an NHS midwife, and I know that being able to have an empowering and safe natural birth - something I’m guessing you really wanted - is slipping away from us.
I’ll share with you what you can do differently this time and what it means to trust yourself again, enough to write a different birth story.

We’ll gather in circle to pause, breathe, and reconnect - the kind of space that shifts something inside you simply by being witnessed and witnessing others. This Red Tent is a gentle unwind from the world: meditation to settle your body, journaling to hear your inner voice again, and tea to share.

I have been holding circles and workshops for many years and know it can feel daunting to step into this sacred space. You are welcome as you are. There is no expectation, no need for experience.
